How to make a delicious chocolate mousse cake

Have you ever kept your steps in front of a booth because of the attractive chocolate cake? Or because of its special outlook? Well, I would like to tell you that it's quite easy to make your own a chocolate mousse cake if you follow these simple insturctions. First, combine chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, and heat, stirring constantly until it bocome smooth, then let it cool slightly. Second, beat egg yolks into cooled chocolate mixture, and fold in cream. Next, using a serrated edged knife to cut the cake into three even layers. After that, brush each layer with brandy. At this time, place one layer of cake in the base of a 23cm/9 in lined springform tin, andspread with one-third of the filling. The top with a second layer of cake and half the remaining filling, then repeat layers again. Finally, refigerate the chocolate mousse cake for 4 hours or until it firm. If you follow these steps right away, I'm sure that you will probably have a yammy chocolate cake during your dessert time.
